Step 2: Select “Local Payee” / Click on “Payments and transfers”

Tap on “Account number” and select “Local Payee”.

Step 3: Add your payee / Navigate to “to an account”

Enter the payee’s details and add payee before you proceed to transfer funds.

Under the “Transfer funds” section, select “to an account”.
With effect from 27 January 2022, adding of new payee will take up to 24 hours to be effective.

Step 4: Enter, confirm and submit the payment details / Follow the instructions on your desktop screen

Enter the payment details, select "Transfer Now" or "Recurring Transfer" and slide to submit. Review details and tap on "Confirm transfer".

Enter the One-time password sent to you through SMS.

Step 5: And you’re done on mobile! / Select the type of bank account to transfer money to

Select the type of bank account that you would like to transfer money to.

Step 6: Authorise the transaction

Follow the instructions shown on the screen to authorise the transaction.

Step 7: Fill in the transfer details

Review the transfer details before submitting.
