Step 1: Log in with your access code and PIN or fingerprint ID

Tap on the left menu bar and select “Card services”.

Step 2: Navigate to “Replace Card”

Enter the OTP sent to you via SMS.

Step 3: Select the existing card that you would like to replace

Step 4: Select your reason for replacing the card and tap on “Next”

Step 5: Confirm your mailing address and you’re done!
On mobile app
Your new card will be sent to your mailing address.
