How to report lost cards

Step 1: Login using an access code PIN, fingerprint ID, or Singpass

Tap on the “More” icon in the bottom navigation bar and tap on “Card Services”.

Step 2: Navigate to “Report lost card”

Tap on “Report lost card”.

Step 3: Select the card that you have lost

Step 4: Cancel your card and you’re done!

Tap on the “More” icon in the bottom navigation bar and tap on “Payment & transfer”.
For your security, to access services like adding payees, changing transaction limits and updating personal details, you must wait up to 12 hours for OCBC OneToken to be fully activated.
