Step 2: Navigate to “GIRO services”

Tap on “GIRO services” and select “View or terminate GIRO”.
On desktop
Click on “Payments & transfers” and select “GIRO services”.

Step 3: GIRO arrangements services
On mobile app
Select account to view its existing GIRO arrangements. Tap on a GIRO arrangement to view its payment details and tap "Terminate".
On desktop
Click on “GIRO arrangements”.

Step 4: And you're done on mobile! / Termination of GIRO arrangement

Review and confirm your termination.
And you’re done!
On desktop
Select an account to view its existing GIRO arrangements. Click on a GIRO arrangement to view its payment details and click on "Terminate".

Step 5: Review and termination of GIRO arrangement

Review your existing GIRO arrangements and click on “Terminate”.

Step 6: Confirmation of GIRO arrangement termination

Review your termination details and click on “Submit”.
