Step 1: Log in and tap on “Cheque services”, within the menu bar on the top left

Tap on the left menu bar and select "Cheque services".
On desktop
Login with access code and PIN.

Step 2: Navigate to "Cheque services"

Tap on "Stop cheque transaction" and select your account.
On desktop
Click on "Customer service" and select "Cheque services".

Step 3: Fill in a request to stop your cheque
On mobile app
Select "Single Cheque" or "Range of Cheque" and fill in the cheque number(s) before tapping on "Next".
On desktop
Click on "Stop Cheque Request".

Step 4: Stop your cheque transaction / Stop a single cheque

Review your details and tap on "Confirm".
On desktop
To stop a single cheque, fill in the cheque number and click on "Next".

Step 5: And you’re done on mobile! / Stop a series of cheques

To stop a series of cheques, click on the checkbox, fill in the cheques you wish to stop and click on "Next".

Step 6: Review your details and click on "Submit"
