Step 1: Log in with your access code and PIN, fingerprint ID

Tap on the left menu bar and select “Card services”.

Step 2: Navigate to “Activate credit/debit card”
On mobile app
Tap on “Activate credit/debit card”. Enter the OTP sent to you via SMS.
On desktop
Click on Customer service and select “Activate credit/debit card” under “Cards”.

Step 3: Begin to activate your card on mobile / Authenticate this action on desktop
On mobile app
Select the card that you want to activate, enter its expiry date and tap on “Next”.
On desktop
Enter the OTP sent to you via SMS and click on “Submit”.

Step 4: Activate your card

Tap on “Agree” to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Tap on “Submit” to activate your card.
On desktop
Select the card that you want to activate and enter its expiry date.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on “Next”.

Step 5: And you’re done!

For your security, to access services like adding payees, changing transaction limits and updating personal details, you must wait up to 12 hours for OCBC OneToken to be fully activated.
