Click on Customer service and select “Dispute credit card transaction” under “Cards”.

Step 3: Select the transaction that you wish to dispute

Step 4: Select “Yes” or “No”

Step 5: And you’re done on mobile! / Select your reason for disputing the transaction

Step 6: Confirm your dispute claim

Confirm and submit the reason for your dispute and you’re done on desktop!
