  • How to check if I have received an incoming fund?

    You can enquire via OCBC Velocity (business internet banking), Phonebanking or through eAlerts@ocbc (SMS / email alert service).

    Otherwise, call our Business Banking Commercial Service Centre at +65 6538 1111 (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, 8am to 8pm).

  • What is the cut-off time for fund crediting on the same day?

    Crediting of foreign currencies to SGD current and savings account 4pm
    Crediting of USD/ HKD/ GBP to foreign currency account 4pm


    Other than the above currencies, telegraphic transfers in other currencies will be processed and credited to customer's account on the next business day

  • How do I make telegraphic transfers?

    To transfer US Dollars to your OCBC Bank account in Singapore, please advise your remitter or the remitting bank to pay as follows:

    (Please note that you should advise your remitter or remitting bank to indicate the SWIFT Code, in the payment instruction)

    Indicate the account number and account name as maintained with OCBC. For funds crediting to foreign currency accounts, please indicate the 3-digit account currency code which is part of the account number e.g. 501123456201USD

    For same-day crediting, remitting bank must inform Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore, to confirm payment by authenticated SWIFT by 4pm Singapore time (for crediting into foreign currency account) and 4.30pm Singapore time (for crediting into Singapore dollar account).
