What is the role of a Maker?
A Maker creates banking transactions such as GIRO payment on behalf of their company through OCBC Velocity. However, for a transaction to be processed by the bank, the Authoriser needs to approve the transaction.
For Standard service package with transacting capability, the Maker and Authoriser is the same user. Standard service package users will have full access to all functions offered by the service package.
