Velocity Mailbox Submission
  • How to submit documents* on OCBC Velocity Mailbox?

    Step 1

    1. Log in to OCBC Velocity.
    2. Go to “Mailbox”, then click on “Write mail”.

    Select a new subject.

    Both Apply and Manage Velocity Form and Business Account Maintenance Form can be submitted via this subject “(SG) Submit Acct/Velocity Update Form”.

    *For Apply and Manage Velocity forms, you can submit all requests except “Apply for OCBC Velocity”, “Add/Edit Velocity authorisers”, “Update ID details” and “Reset OCBC Velocity setup and requirements”. For customers on Velocity Flex Service Package, please submit your Apply and Manage Velocity forms via the mailing instructions on the form.

    For Business Account Maintenance forms, you can submit all requests except “Update authorised signatory/signing conditions/signature” and “Update E-services”.

    Step 3

    Select "Choose File" to upload your document(s).

    Do note that only 1 file can be uploaded per email. If you would like to submit 2 forms, you can either upload 1 zip file not exceeding 4mb or submit 2 separate emails.
