Transaction History
I notice that my reward transaction history looks different from how it did before. Why?
In June 2024, we enhanced the design of the reward transaction history page to allow you to view more information upfront. You can now view the merchant, item and points earned/exchanged for each reward transaction at a glance. How many transactions can I see at a time?
You can choose to view all the transactions made within the last 180 days. Can I view the reward transaction history for cards that have been suspended, locked or cancelled?
Yes, you can. Suspending/locking/cancelling a card will prevent unauthorised users from using it; however, the history of reward transactions made using the card will not be removed. Will I be able to view my reward transaction history as a supplementary cardholder?
No. Only principal cardholders can view and exchange reward points. The exchange transaction I wish to make comes with an admin fee. Which account will this fee be charged to?
Any admin fee will be automatically charged to the card account that was used to make the exchange transaction. Do note that exchange transactions can only be made by the principal cardholder.I notice that the merchant name shown for certain transactions differ between my credit card transaction history and reward transaction history. Why is this so?
A merchant name shown in your credit card transaction history may differ from that in your reward transaction history if its registered business name differs from the name it is typically known by.
For example:- Transactions made at IKEA: Shown as IKEA SINGAPORE SG in the credit card transaction history but as IKANO PTE LTD in the rewards transaction history
- Transactions made at Lazada: Shown as LAZADA SINGAPORE in the credit card transaction history but as ALIPAY S’PORE INVT HLD PTE LTD in the rewards transaction history We are currently working to standardise how the merchant names are shown in the credit card transaction history and reward transaction history.

Earned Points
Do reward points expire?
OCBC$ will expire 24 months after they are earned. 90˚N Miles and VOYAGE Miles do not expire.Where can I find my point balance?
Your point balance will be shown in your monthly credit card statements, below your card transactions. Alternatively, visit www.ocbc.com/rewards, log in to OCBC Internet Banking > Rewards or log in to STACK Rewards. When will my reward points be credited to my account?
We will credit reward points earned from a purchase to your account when the transaction is posted (i.e. when the merchant processes your payment and the funds are deducted from your account). This is usually done within 7 working days of the transaction date. Can I combine reward points that are in different currencies (OCBC$/90˚N Miles/VOYAGE Miles)?
You can combine points only if they are in the same currency. To have your points be in the same currency, use the Point Exchange tool – available via STACK Rewards – to exchange points of a certain currency for points in another currency.
For example, if you wish to ‘combine’ 1,000 OCBC$ and 1,000 VOYAGE Miles, you can first exchange 1,000 OCBC$ for VOYAGE Miles. You can then combine the points in the form of VOYAGE Miles.
To use the Point Exchange tool, you must have a STACK Rewards account. Do note that there is a minimum number of OCBC$/90˚N Miles/VOYAGE Miles required – and an admin fee of $25 – for each exchange transaction.
