#BeAProAgaisntCons with OCBC:
Watch out for scam callers impersonating OCBC staff
Received a call from someone claiming to be from OCBC? The call may start with a pre-recorded message or be from an unknown number. You may be asked to reveal your card/banking details (e.g. PIN) or One-Time Passwords – supposedly for the caller to help you resolve an account or transaction-related issue.
OCBC staff will never ask for such details. Do not reveal this information to anyone.
New anti-scam feature:
OCBC Money Lock is available on the OCBC Digital app and Internet Banking
Introducing a new way to protect your funds against scams. Lock the funds in your existing current and/or savings account(s) to keep them safe.
