Dashboard management
I used to be able to see ‘What you have’ and ‘What you owe’ on my home screen. Where can I find it now?

You can find it by scrolling right on the product tabs on your home screen > Tap the ‘Net worth’ tab.

How can I view my Financial OneView or sync my latest data to it?

Scroll right on the product tabs on your home screen > Tap the ‘Net worth’ tab > View more in Your Financial OneView. Alternatively, tap ‘More’ at the bottom navigation bar > Profile & app settings > Manage Your Financial OneView.

How can I hide my account balance?

You can easily do so by tapping the eye icon beside your product tabs on the home screen.

Under each product tab on the home screen, I only see three of the products I have. How do I view the rest?

For a more streamlined experience, we only display up to three of your products under each tab. To view the rest, tap ‘See more’.

How do I increase the credit limit for my card?

Tap the ‘Cards’ tab on your home screen > Tap ‘Increase’ beside ‘Credit limit’.

Alternatively, tap ‘More’ at the bottom navigation bar > Card services > Manage card limit. Then, tap ‘Increase permanent credit limit’ or ‘Increase temporary credit limit’.

How do I view the rewards points I have earned using my card(s)?

Tap the ‘Cards’ tab on your home screen and look for the ‘Maximise your rewards’ banner that can be found below the details of your card(s). You will see all the rewards points you have earned at the bottom of the screen.

Alternatively, tap ‘Rewards’ at the bottom navigation bar.

How do I view the details of my supplementary card(s)?

After tapping the ‘Cards’ tab on your home screen, you will find details of your supplementary card below that of the principal card. For more details, tap the ‘>’ icon beside the name of the card, navigate to your supplementary card under ‘Supplementary cards’ and tap the ‘>’ icon beside it.

I do not see all my insurance policies under the ‘Insurance’ tab. How do I view the rest?

Only insurance policies that are underwritten by Great Eastern Life Assurance…app. For details of any other policy purchased through us (e.g. travel, home or car), please refer to the policy documents we previously emailed to you.

How do I view my savings goals?

Tap the ‘Accounts’ tab on your home screen, followed by ‘View savings goals’ under the Savings Goal banner.

How do I lock my account(s) and/or funds using Money Lock?

Tap the ‘Accounts’ tab on your home screen, followed by the Money Lock banner.

How do I see the account(s) and/or funds I have locked using Money Lock?

After tapping the ‘Accounts’ tab on your home screen, look for the account(s) with a lock icon.

How do I view my Money Insights?

After tapping the ‘Accounts’ tab on your home screen, look for the Money Insights banner that can be found below the details of your account(s). If you do not see the banner immediately, swipe the banners left.

I would like to refer a friend to OCBC. What is my referral code?

After tapping the ‘Accounts’ tab on your home screen, look for the ‘Refer friends’ or ‘Refer overseas friends’ banners that can be found below the details of your account(s). Tap the relevant banner to retrieve your referral code.

How do I view the transactions I have made in the last seven days?

Currently, we display the 10 most recent transactions made within the last seven days. To view the next 10 most recent transactions made within this period, tap ‘See more’ at the bottom of the page. You can view up to 50 transactions.

How do I change a shortcut on my home screen?

Please take these steps:

  1. Log in the OCBC app
  2. Tap the gear icon above your shortcuts
  3. Tap ‘Change’ below the shortcut you wish to change
  4. Choose a new shortcut
  5. Tap ‘Save’



I am unable to find a feature I usually use in the list of shortcuts. What should I do?

We have curated our list of shortcuts based on the most used features in the app. We will continuously review and update this list.

In the meantime, you may access our other features by tapping ‘More’ at the bottom navigation bar.

How do I place a new Time Deposit?

If you are making a placement for the first time, tap ‘More’ at the bottom navigation bar > Apply > Accounts.

If you have made a placement before, tap the ‘Accounts’ tab on your home screen and choose the Time Deposit account you wish to make a placement under. Then, tap ‘New placement’.

How do I pay my credit card bills?

Please take these steps:

  1. Log in to the OCBC app
  2. Tap the ‘Cards’ tab
  3. Choose the card you wish to make a payment for
  4. Tap ‘Card bill payment’

How can I access Card Services?

To access Card Services, we provide you with two options:

Option 1 : Via the “More” Page

  1. Log in to the OCBC app using your account credentials.
  2. Tap on the "More" option, located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. On the "More" page, you will find a comprehensive range of card services displayed for you to access.





Option 2: Via Card details page

  1. Log in to the OCBC app using your account credentials.
  2. Navigate to the "Cards" product tab.
  3. From the list of cards, select the desired card you wish to access the services for.
  4. Tap on the gear icon, located at the top right-hand corner of the screen, to access the whole range of card services available for that specific card.

How can I access the new OCBC app?

Go to your device’s app store to download or update the app:

  • iOS devices: App Store
    Best viewed in OS version 14.5 and above

When will my OCBC app be updated?

We will progressively roll out the new features and changes by 30 September 2024.

Please refresh the page by swiping down on the screen.

How can I pay a bill for my OCBC credit card?

Please take these steps:

  1. Log in to the OCBC app.
  2. Tap the ‘Cards’ tab and navigate to the card you wish to make a payment for.
  3. Tap the card to see more details.
  4. Tap ‘Card bill payment’.
How can I request a fee waiver for my OCBC credit card?

Please take any of the following options:

  1. Via Internet Banking
    1. Log in to OCBC Internet Banking.
    2. Click on ‘Customer Service’ > Credit card fee waiver.
  2. Via the OCBC app
    1. Log in to the OCBC app.
    2. Tap ‘More’ at the bottom bar.
    3. Tap ‘Card services’ > Request fee waiver.
  3. Via Phone Banking
    1. Have your OCBC credit card ready.
    2. Call our Personal Banking hotline (OCBC website > Contact us) and, when asked, say ‘credit card fee waiver’.
    3. Key in your 16-digit card number.

We will review your request and inform you of the outcome immediately.

How can I access and/or download my statements?

Please take these steps:

  1. Log in to the OCBC app.
  2. Tap ‘More’ at the bottom bar.
  3. Under ‘Documents – Statements & Letters’, tap ‘View Documents’ > Statements.
How can I add or remove a payee?

To add a payee

  1. Log in to the OCBC app.
  2. Tap ‘Pay & Transfer’ at the bottom bar.
  3. Tap ‘Payee list’ > Local and overseas payee > Add payee.
  4. Follow the instructions shown.

For your security, it will take at least 12 hours for the payee to be added.

To delete a payee

  1. Log in to the OCBC app.
  2. Tap ‘Pay & Transfer’ at the bottom bar.
  3. Tap ‘Payee list’ > Local and overseas payee > Delete payee.
  4. Follow the instructions shown.
