This service is for customers who wish to perform a partial prepayment for their renovation loan. If you are checking on your outstanding loan amount or monthly instalment amount with no intention to perform partial prepayment of your loan, please view your loan details via OCBC Internet Banking.

You will receive the details of your partial payment within 3 working days of your request.
Please note that if the information submitted is incorrect, we will not be able to process your application.

Prepayment fee: 2% of the amount prepaid. 

Interest in lieu: Applicable only if the proposed payment date is less than one month from the date this request is submitted.
