Tap "Activate card". Then, choose the type of card you wish to activate

Choose the card(s) you wish to activate and enter the expiry date(s). Then, tap "Next"

Tap "Agree" to accept the Terms and Conditions, and tap "Submit"

Tap "More" at the bottom navigation bar and scroll down to "Card services"

Tap "Report lost card". Choose the card you wish to report lost

Tap "Permanently suspend it" to prevent transactions from being made with the card

Tap "Replace card". Choose the card you wish to replace

Choose the reason you wish to replace the card and tap "Next"

Confirm that the mailing address shown is accurate before tapping "Replace now"

Tap "Dispute transaction", then choose the card used to make the transaction(s) you wish to dispute

Choose the transaction(s) you wish to dispute and tap "Next"

Choose the reason you wish to dispute the transaction(s). Provide us with the supporting documents and tap "Next"

You can choose to dispute other transactions for the same reason. If not, tap "No" and submit your dispute request

Tap "Request fee waiver" and select the card you wish to request a waiver for

Tap "Request for waiver" to submit your request

Tap "Manage card limit", then "Manage card daily limit"

Choose the card you wish to change the daily limit for

Enter the new withdrawal and/or spending limit for your card

Tap "Next" and then tap "Confirm"

Scroll down to "Card services" and tap "Manage overseas usage"

Choose the card(s) you wish to enable for overseas usage, then enter the start and end dates. Tap on "Next"

Tap "Confirm" to accept the Terms and Conditions

To disable overseas usage, select the card(s) and toggle to disable. Then, tap "Next"

Tap "Confirm" to accept the Terms and Conditions

Scroll down to "Document – Statements & Letters", and tap on "Manage documents"

Select the card(s) you wish to receive statement(s) for

To opt out of receiving statements, choose the card(s) and toggle to disable.

Scan the merchant’s QR code to start making payment

Tap "Add payee" at the top right and "Local payee"

Enter the payee's details before tapping "Add Payee"

To delink an account from a card, select the card and the account. Then, tap "Confirm"
