  • Being mind-full is a messy, stressful, overwhelming and unproductive state

By not managing stress properly, one can become mind-full. Being mind-full is when a person’s mental processes have reached ineffective capacity.

  • Being mindful is a calm, peaceful, focused and goal-oriented state

  • Find a relaxed and comfortable position
  • Tune in to your breathing
  • Be kind to your wandering mind
  • Stay in this calm state for 5-7 minutes
  • Relax deeply and appreciate yourself for practising mindfulness
