I have existing KrisFlyer Miles. Can I combine VOYAGE Miles and KrisFlyer Miles to redeem for air-tickets with VOYAGE Exchange?
KrisFlyer Miles and VOYAGE Miles are separate miles and cannot be combined to redeem for air tickets. However, you can convert your VOYAGE Miles to KrisFlyer miles at a rate of 1:1 and redeem for tickets with Singapore Airlines. The conversion of VOYAGE Miles to KrisFlyer miles is subjected to wait time of 10-15 working days.
Can I redeem VOYAGE Miles for domestic flights and hotel bookings?
Yes, VOYAGE Miles can be used for to redeem for flights on any airline or hotels with VOYAGE Exchange or via TravelwithOCBC.com.
What are the transactions that have been excluded from awarding VOYAGE Miles?
You may refer to the VOYAGE Terms and Conditions for the full list of excluded MCCs and merchant transactions.
Can I exchange my VOYAGE Miles for cash?
No. However, you may exchange your VOYAGE Miles for cash credit to offset your credit card bills.

How to sign up for DragonPass
OCBC VOYAGE principal cardmembers can enjoy a complimentary unlimited DragonPass membership, providing them access to an extensive network of over 1,200 airport lounges. Additionally, all supplementary cardmembers receive 2 complimentary lounge access passes.
To activate your membership:
- Download the DragonPass app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Open the app and select 'Sign Up'
- Tap on 'Activate Account Benefit'
- Enter the membership no. and activation code sent to the email address registered on your VOYAGE account* and tap on 'Continue'
- Enter your email address and tap on 'Next'
- Fill in the required details, agree to the Privacy Policy and tap on 'Next'
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address and tap on 'Continue'
- Choose a new password and tap on 'Done'. Your membership card will be activated instantly!
*New cardmembers who have their OCBC VOYAGE Card approved between the 1st and 15th of the month will receive their membership no. and activation code via SMS from the 22nd to the 25th of the same month. New cardmembers who sign up between the 16th and the last day of the month will receive their details between the 7th and 10th of the following month.
*All supplementary cardmembers membership no. and activation code will be sent via SMS to the principal cardmembers from 1st to 15th July 2024.
