I have existing KrisFlyer Miles. Can I combine VOYAGE Miles and KrisFlyer Miles to redeem for air-tickets with VOYAGE Exchange?
KrisFlyer Miles and VOYAGE Miles are separate miles and cannot be combined to redeem for air tickets. However, you can convert your VOYAGE Miles to KrisFlyer miles at a rate of 1:1 and redeem for tickets with Singapore Airlines. The conversion of VOYAGE Miles to KrisFlyer miles is subjected to wait time of 10-15 working days.
Can I redeem VOYAGE Miles for domestic flights and hotel bookings?
Yes, VOYAGE Miles can be used for to redeem for flights on any airline or hotels with VOYAGE Exchange or via TravelwithOCBC.com.

How to sign up for DragonPass
OCBC VOYAGE principal cardmembers can enjoy a complimentary unlimited DragonPass membership, providing them access to an extensive network of over 1,300 airport lounges. Additionally, all supplementary cardmembers receive 2 complimentary lounge access passes.
To activate your membership:
- Download the DragonPass app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Open the app and select 'Sign Up'
- Tap on 'Activate Account Benefit'
- Enter the membership no. and activation code sent to the mobile number registered on your VOYAGE account, via SMS* and tap on 'Continue'
- Enter your email address and tap on 'Next'
- Fill in the required details, agree to the Privacy Policy and tap on 'Next'
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address and tap on 'Continue'
- Choose a new password and tap on 'Done'. Your membership card will be activated instantly!
*New cardmembers who have their OCBC VOYAGE Card approved between the 1st and 15th of the month will receive their membership no. and activation code via SMS from the 22nd to the 25th of the same month. How to get started
To redeem your limousine rides, you will first need the OCBC Digital app and a STACK account*.
- Download the OCBC Digital app.
- Log in to the app and select Rewards and STACK Points.
- If you have an existing STACK account, you may proceed with your booking.
- If you do not have a STACK account, simply confirm your email address to get started.
Register for a STACK account with a valid mobile number.
How to book a ride
Simply follow these steps to redeem the rides via OCBC Digital app.
- Select Rewards and STACK points.
- Scroll to OCBC VOYAGE and tap on "Book a Limo".
- Fill in your booking details.
- Tap on “submit” to book the ride.
- A confirmation SMS and email will be sent to you.
Terms and conditions governing the Voyage Transfer Service can be found in the Voyage Credit Card Programme T&Cs under Section 2 on Transfer Service.
VOYAGE Payment Facility
Earn 1 VOYAGE Mile for every S$1 charged to your VOYAGE Payment Facility. You can even earn Miles for payments that cannot be made using credit cards (e.g. school fees or a home makeover).

Application for the Premier, Premier Private Client (PPC) and Bank of Singapore (BOS) VOYAGE Card is by invitation only. You may register your interest with your Relationship Manager or get us to contact you.
The Annual Service Fee of $3,210 will be charged to your VOYAGE Card within 3 - 5 working days upon confirmation of your successful registration. 160,000 VOYAGE Miles will be credited first and then converted to your KrisFlyer account within 7 - 14 working days of the charge.
Do note that the $3,210 will be reflected as 2 separate lines in your statement ($490 and $2,720).
