Use the OCBC app like a pro

Tap "Report lost card". Choose the card you wish to report lost

Tap "Replace card". Choose the card you wish to replace

Choose the reason you wish to replace the card and tap "Next"

Tap "Dispute transaction", then choose the card used to make the transaction(s) you wish to dispute

Choose the transaction(s) you wish to dispute and tap "Next"

Choose the reason you wish to dispute the transaction(s). Provide us with the supporting documents and tap "Next"

Tap "Request fee waiver" and select the card you wish to request a waiver for

Tap "Payee list" then tap "Local and overseas payee"

Tap "Add payee" at the top right and "Local payee"

Enter the payee's details before tapping "Add Payee"

Tap on "Local" and choose the payee you wish to make a transfer to

Enter the amount you wish to transfer and tap "Next"

Tap "PayNow" and choose the recipient’s mobile number that is linked to PayNow

Enter the amount you wish to transfer and tap "Next"

Tap on "Bills" and choose the billing organisation you wish to pay

Enter the amount you wish to pay and tap "Next"

Choose "Lock your funds"

If you have more than one current and/or savings account, choose the one with the funds to be locked. Enter the amount you wish to lock and tap "Next"

Review the locked amount and tap "Lock funds"
