ASSET CLASSIFICATION FRAMEWORK

Gain clarity with our Asset Classification Framework

Your investments will be categorised by their underlying holdings to give you a clearer view of your portfolio’s asset allocation.

Together with our team of wealth specialists and advisors, explore better investment diversification strategies to maximise your wealth and balance your risks.

WEALTH PORTFOLIO(S) IN YOUR REPORT
Clear view of your portfolio's asset allocation
Investments will be categorised by their underlying holdings. For example, a Unit Trust/Mutual Fund with primary exposure to the equity market or an Equity-linked Structured Investment will be classified as Equities, while investments with primary exposure to government/corporate bonds will be classified as Fixed Income.
Market value of your assets
Values of investment assets will be calculated based on indicative market values that have been derived on a best-effort basis. All values in the report will be calculated using unrounded numbers including – but not limited to – FX rate, quantity, amount and price) in our systems. However, values will be rounded up or down when we finally present the data – this means that there may be rounding differences.
Presented using Net Asset Value (NAV)
Net Asset Value (NAV) is defined as assets minus liabilities. NAV is determined by the indicative market values of the assets you hold (in your portfolio’s reference currency), less that of your liabilities (including any revolving term loans and overdraft facilities where funds have been drawn down).
