At Sushi Moka, you will find yourself in the hands of two master chefs with experience in 2 Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan. Master Ueda Toshihiro's delectable sushi creations reflect his 42 years of experience on Osaka, Tokyo and Singapore. Master Ueda Wada brings extensive experience from renowned Ginza Sushi-yas including Kyubey and the two-starred Sushi Iwa and Sushi Tokami (where he served as Executive Head Chef).
