Receive e-Statements securely with a password on your email. You may also retrieve e-Statements via OCBC Internet Banking and Mobile Banking app with your Access Code and PIN.

Please update your email address via one of these three ways if you have changed your email address
Log in to OCBC Internet Banking > Customer Service > Change Personal Details
Log on to OCBC Mobile Banking app > tap on the user settings icon in the menu > Update phone number / e-mail
Insert your card > Enter your 6-digit PIN > More services > More services > Update Personal Particulars
Insert your card > Enter your 6-digit PIN > More services > Personal Details > Change Email Address
Log in to OCBC Internet Banking > Your accounts > Manage e-Statements
Log on to OCBC Mobile Banking app > Menu > e-Statements > Manage e-Statements
