Terms and conditions

  1. Promotion is only applicable to OCBC Titanium Card Principal Credit Cardmembers (each “Cardmember” and collectively “Cardmembers”).

  2. Limited to the first 50 cardmembers who SMS and meet the spend requirements within the stipulated period.

  3. The gift is not exchangeable for cash or other item(s).

  4. Cardmember must follow SMS sequence to qualify for the promotion. Incorrect and incomplete SMS will be disqualified.

  5. This Promotion is applicable for retail transactions with OCBC Titanium Credit Card (“Card”) only, including online retail transactions.

  6. Cash advance transactions, balance transfer transactions, CashWise, Paylite, IPP transactions, bank charges, finance and late charges are excluded in the computation for the spend required. OCBC Bank reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to determine the type of eligible transactions which qualify under the Promotion. This includes without limitation, whether a transaction is to be considered a retail transaction. If OCBC Bank in its sole and absolute discretion decides that any transaction is not to be considered a retail transaction, or that any transaction does not otherwise qualify under the Promotion, the gift may not be awarded. Spend will be computed based on transaction posted date.
  7. OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, OCBC Bank’s record shall be conclusive for all purposes and be binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

  8. OCBC Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

  9. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any person in connection with the Promotion howsoever arising, including any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.

  10. OCBC Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gift/product. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC Bank shall not be at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect, damage or malfunction in any gift/product, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any gift/product by any person.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the Promotion irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

  12. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, the consent of any third party is not required for any variation (including any release or compromise of any liability) or termination of these terms and conditions, notwithstanding any term herein to the contrary.

  13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
