Translocality by TAKSU gallery

Description

The Translocality series is a collaborative exhibition by three young Malaysian artists – Najib Ahmad Bamadhaj, Khairul Izham and Hafidz Shabri.

The sense of Translocality, in this context, does not imply physical change in geographical allocation. Rather, the subjects create an avenue through which it becomes possible to rethink urbanity.

The imageries seek to incite one to revisit the remembered history of a certain place to understand urbanity backwards.
