Common questions
When is the duration of the promotion and who can participate in it?

The Promotion commences from 20 October 2024 and ends on 31 December 2024.

The Promotion is open to new OCBC customers who open a new 360 Account with OCBC Bank along with opening a new OCBC MyOwn Account for their Child*.

New OCBC customers refers to any person who (i) currently does not hold any existing OCBC accounts or products, and (ii) has not held any OCBC account or products in the previous 6 months. Applicants who had cancelled existing OCBC accounts or products within the last 6 months prior to the commencement of the Promotion and re-applied for such facilities under the Promotion will not be eligible for this Promotion.

*Child must be Singaporean, Singaporean Permanent Resident or foreigner born in Singapore and be 7 to 15 years old

Can the Disney+ Premium subscription be convertible to cash?

No, the Disney+ Annual subscription cannot be converted to cash.

How will I get my 1-year Disney+ Premium subscription if I am eligible for the promotion?

An email with the redemption code for your 1-year Disney+ Premium subscription will be sent to your email address on record with the bank by the 15th working day of the next month of meeting the promotion criteria.

How long do I have to redeem my 1-year Disney+ Premium subscription?

The date that you have to redeem your 1-year Disney+ Premium subscription by will be stated in the email with the redemption code that will be sent to your email address. After that date, your code will expire and you will not be able to use the code.

I am unable to redeem the redemption code. What could be the reasons?

You will not be able to redeem the code if you have an active subscription with Disney+. This offer is only available to new Disney+ subscribers or customers with no active subscription.

I am an existing Disney+ subscriber, can I use this redemption code to extend my current subscription?

This redemption code can only be used by new Disney+ subscribers or customers with no active subscription. You will not be able to use the code to extend your current subscription until your current subscription expires and provided the redemption code is within the validity period.

What happens at the end of 12 months promotional period?

At the start of the 13th month you will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee for Disney+ Premium subscription at the then market rate. Please view the latest Disney+ subscription fees at https://www.disneyplus.com/en-sg.
