Terms and conditions

1. To be eligible for the promotion, customers need to input the promotional code "OCBCCP" when booking the applicable rooms.
2. Payment must be made with OCBC Credit and Debit Cards.
3. Not valid with any other ongoing / in-house promotions, vouchers and/or discounts, or on eve of and on public holidays, unless otherwise stated.
4. Discount, vouchers and privileges are not exchangeable for cash, kind or other goods and services.
5. Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes.
6. Rooms are subject to availability and not applicable during the blackout dates.
7. Cancellation or changes are not allowed upon confirmation of reservation.
8. All no show reservation will be charged based on one (1) night’s room rate.
9. Events which fall under the category of special occasions are determined by the Hotel and are subject to change without notice.
