If we've just described you, consider our Graduate Talent Programme. You may be new at the Bank, but we take a long-term view of your career.
The Graduate Talent Programme was developed for outstanding graduates to give their careers a head-start by providing a rock-solid foundation in the banking and financial services industry. It is designed to prepare graduates for division-specific roles in the Bank.
The programme is open to graduates from all academic disciplines. You are not required to have a Business or Economics degree. The 24-month customised training programme will give you a strong foundation in banking regardless of your academic discipline and prepare you for success as a future leader with us.

Here is a sneak peek of what you will experience during the 24-month programme.
Corporate Training
Learn about OCBC and its businesses, financial markets and banking regulations. Learn about products offered by OCBC, innovations and get to know the bank’s facilities/premises. Other topics include service transformation, risk management, ethics, presentation and grooming skills.
Corporate and Divisional Rotations
As the only programme for fresh graduates which provides broad-based learning, gain a thorough view of banking through stints in core banking functions like Branch Banking, Compliance and Operations, as well as at least one rotation within your home division.
Business Innovation Project
Get to work on projects that give you a wider perspective beyond your usual roles and responsibilities. This is designed to give you the added exposure and edge within the organisation.
Corporate Engagement
Further develop your leadership skills through communications and a series of workshops and boosters on how to manage effectiveness. Be involved in customised talks and networking sessions with the business.
Graduate Talent Regional Week
Get together with other graduate talents across our subsidiaries and the region for a week-long programme of learning, innovating and business-case competitions.
Group Mentorship
