Donation to Singapore Red Cross Society in aid of Tsunami Disaster Victims
Red Cross has announced on 17th January 2005 that they will cease all fund raising efforts for the tsunami victims.
In line with this, we will also stop collecting donations via all our channels on 24th January 2005.
A big thank you to all our customers for their generous contribution during this critical time.
 Options available:
  1. ATM
  2. Internet Banking
  3. PhoneBanking
  4. Cheque deposit at Branches
  5. Credit Card payment (Hotline: 1800-363 3333)

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make a donation.

 For donations through ATM:
  1. Select Other Services
  2. Select Bill Payment
  3. Select Pay To Govt / Stat Board
  4. Select account to debit from 
  5. Enter donation amount
  6. Enter bill code 7771 for RED CROSS TIDAL W
  7. Select Yes to confirm donation
  8. Transaction is completed. Please keep transaction receipt for your reference


 For donations through Internet Banking:
  1. Log in with your Internet Access Code and PIN
  2. Select Bill Payment followed by Make Payment in the left menu
  3. Select Red Cross Tidal Waves Asia 
  4. Enter your contact number at Bill Reference No. field 
  5. Enter donation amount
  6. Click on Preview to verify your payment details
  7. Click on Pay to confirm donation


 For donations through PhoneBanking:
  1. Press 3 to select Bill Payment
  2. Press 4 to select Other Organisation Bills
  3. Select Red Cross Tidal Waves Asia
  4. When prompted for Bill Reference No., enter your contact number and press #
  5. Select account type to debit from
  6. Enter amount and press #
  7. Press 1 to confirm donation


 For cheque deposit at Branches:
  1. Cheque is to be made payable to Singapore Red Cross Society
  2. Indicate the following at the back of the cheque:
    • Tidal Waves Asia
    • Your name, address and telephone number
      (A receipt from Singapore Red Cross Society will be mailed to you)
  3. Please deposit your cheque into the Quick Deposit Box


 For OCBC credit card payment:
  1. Please call 1800-363 3333
  2. Select your preferred language
  3. Press *0
  4. Press 2 for Credit Card
  5. Press 1 to speak to our Customer Service Officer to make your donation
