You can now apply for Internet Banking at any OCBC ATMs.
- Insert your OCBC ATM card
- Select “Other Services” after entering your ATM PIN
- Select “Other Services”
- Select “Phone Banking/Internet Banking”
- Select “Internet Banking Application”
- Enter your new 6 digit Internet Banking PIN
- To confirm, enter your new 6 digit Internet Banking PIN again
- End of application. Transaction receipt will state Internet Banking access code for first log-in

You can now reactivate Internet Banking at any OCBC ATMs.
- Insert your OCBC ATM card
- Select “Other Services” after entering your ATM PIN
- Select “Other Services”
- Select “Phone Banking/Internet Banking”
- Select “Internet Banking Replacement”
- Enter your 7-8 digit Internet Banking Access Code
- Enter your new 6 digit Internet Banking PIN
- To confirm, enter your new 6 digit Internet Banking PIN again
- End of application.
